Abstract

Liquiflex is a commercial hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) produced by Brazilian technology. It was characterized with respect to molecular weight, functionallty, microstructure and hydroxyl group types. The results were compared with those obtained for R45M and R45TH Atochem products. A mechanistic approach for the polymerization reaction is presented
