Deterministic substitution of languages means substituting the same word (from a given language) for all occurrences of a symbol. For an arbitrary family $K$ of languages the notion of deterministic $K$-iteration grammar is introduced, which is essentially the iteration of a finite number of deterministic substitutions of languages from $K$. The families of languages generated by these grammars are investigated.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 8 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Top 10% | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 10% |
