Electronic processes are used on an ever expanding scale in modern electrical engineering. Yet there is one field where electronics still finds little application. Indeed, electronic processes are widely used in measuring instruments (cathode ray oscillographs, photocells, high-frequency measuring devices, amplifiers, etc.), in cybernetics (automation, computers, stabilizers, etc.), communications (radio, television, radar, etc.). However, the application of ultrahigh frequency [UHF] electronics for the solution of problems in the field of energetics is still in its initial stage.
