This chapter deals with a brief presentation of the nucleosynthesis processes which are responsible for the formation of the observed chemical elements : the primordial nucleosynthesis occurring just after the Big Bang, responsible for the formation of D, 3He,4 He and at least in part 7Li; the bombardment of the interstellar medium by galactic cosmic rays responsible for the formation of the bulk of the Li, Be, B elements; and the stellar nucleosynthesis responsible for the formation of the heavier nuclear species.
| citations This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 4 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
