Abstract

Roboter dominieren in der Fertigung bereits ganze Produktionsstrasen: Sie arbeiten selbststandig rund um die Uhr, zeigen keine Ermudung, arbeiten fehlerfrei in gleichbleibender Qualitat, konnen ihre Arbeit vollstandig dokumentieren und sind im Rahmen ihrer Funktionalitat flexibel auf neue Tatigkeiten zu trainieren. Gleiches gilt auch fur den Einsatz von Softwarerobotern im Buro. In diesem Kapitel werden Konzeption, Einsatzmoglichkeiten und Rationalisierungspotenziale fur Tatigkeiten im Buro aufgezeigt.
