
Um die zuvor theoretisch beschriebenen Methoden einem Test zu unterziehen, sollen in diesem Kapitel Simulationen von FRAP-Experimenten durchgefuhrt werden. Die Simulation der Experimente wird mit der Programmiersprache PYTHON durchgefuhrt, speziell werden die PYTHON-Bibliotheken SCIPY[20] und NUMPY[20] fur numerische Berechnungen, Integrationen, Fouriertransformationen und Handhabung von Arrays verwendet. Visualisierungen von Simulationsergebnissen werden fur den zweidimensionalen Fall hauptsachlich mit Graphics Layout Engine (GLE)[21] und MATPLOTLIB[22] durchgefuhrt.
