Abstract

Workflow-Management wurde bereits in Kapitel 2.3 eingefuhrt. Es beinhaltet die Abstimmung von Arbeitsschritten, der richtigen Zeit und den entsprechenden Ressourcen. Der Geschaftsprozess sowie die Abstimmung der einzelnen Komponenten muss gesteuert, uberwacht, immer wieder verbessert und den sich verandernden Bedingungen angepasst werden. Die explizite Darstellung der Logik der Prozesse erlaubt die Unterstutzung durch die IT, die nicht mehr nur einzelne Anwendungen, sondern den Prozess an sich unterstutzt.
