Die qualitative Studie zum Cross over

Abstract

Angehorige gesellschaftlicher Spitzengruppen haben eine „personlich, ihnen individuell zurechenbare Leistung erbracht, die in unserer Gesellschaft als bedeutsam erachtet und gesellschaftlich anerkannt wird“ (Krais 2000: 138). Mit Krais an diese Definition Dreitzels (1962) anschliesend, konnen jene Individuen Zugang zur Spitzengruppe finden, die Leistungen erbringen, die nach den Normen der jeweils feldspezifischen Auslesekriterien die hochste Bewertung erhalten. Zum bestimmenden Zuordnungskriterium wird die (explizite oder implizite) Anerkennung, der Erfolg, und damit das, was feldspezifisch als Leistung zahlt, nicht die (tatsachliche oder fiktive) Leistung an sich.
