The chapter highlights the malignant neoplasms of the temporal bone. Tumors of the ear can be divided into external auditory canal (EAC) and pinna tumors, middle ear tumors, and inner ear tumors. Tumors of the middle and inner ear are grouped together, as their sites of origin cannot always be determined. The classification reflects the state of current understanding for the uncommon entities.
