Abstract

Die Wohnhausanlage befindet sich im nordwestlich gelegenen Bereich des Gesamtareals der solarCity und besteht aus sieben Wohnzeilen mit jeweils zwei bis vier Geschosen. Die drei Hauser des sudlichen, schmalen Grundstuckteiles liegen direkt an dem radial zum Zentrum fuhrenden Fusweg, die vier nordlichen Baukorper offnen sich — jeweils Richtung Sudwesten bis Suden orientiert — zum Naherholungsgebiet Traun-Donau-Auen und Weikerlsee. Der Platz im Zentrum der Wohnanlage mit groszugigen Kinderspieleinrichtungen und einem Schatten spendenden Baumplateau, in unmittelbarer Nahe zu den Gemeinschaftsraumen, bietet flexibles Angebot fur vielfaltige soziale Aktivitaten.
