This chapter will review endoscopic myotomy and the diseases treated along with the goals of treatment. The equipment and supplies needed along with procedure set up will be reviewed and laid out in step by step instructions. Pre, intra and post procedure nursing considerations along with patient discharge instructions and follow up will be reviewed.
