Malignant neoplasms of the auricle are commonly encountered in the clinical practice; this is mainly due to the excessive sun exposure. Basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, and Merkel cell carcinoma are some of the examples of malignant lesions that can be seen in the auricle or external auditory canal (EAC). This chapter is focusing on this type of malignancy. It gives a brief description of each entity in terms of risk factors, the appearance of the lesion, histological features, clinical manifestation, and the treatment options. Staging of certain malignancies was discussed.
