Yeast DNA Replication

Abstract

In this review, we will summarize new approaches to the study of DNA replication in yeast made possible by recombinant DNA technology, and in particular, survey results obtained with in vitro replication systems. Other recent reviews that summarize previous yeast replication studies are those of Fangman and Zakian and Petes. A more general review of replication is found in Kornberg Article de synthese sur la replication de l'ADN de levure in vivo et in vitro, l'organisation des elements chromosomiques et extrachromosomiques: plasmide 2 μm et sequences a replication autonome, l'enzymologie de la replication. Resume des etudes faites par les techniques de clonage
