Abstract

AbstractIn nur 14 Monaten Bauzeit errichtete EWE vor der Küste Borkums mit “Riffgat“ den ersten kommerziellen Meereswindpark in der Nordsee. Jede der 30 Windkraftanlagen hat eine Leistung von 3,6 MW bei einem Rotordurchmesser von 120 m. Die Verankerung im Meeresboden erfolgte mit bis zu 70 m langen und bis zu 720 t schweren Pfählen (“Monopiles“), die in den Grund eingerammt wurden (s. S. 68). Foto: EWE Riffgat/Matthias Ibeler
