In this paper, the principle of quantum dot micro‐LED display is d emonstrated. It use blue light in all pixels and stimulate quantum dots material to convert green and red color respectively (Quantu m Dot Color Conversion Technology) to achieve full color display. This technology only need blue light‐emitting diode integrating on Active‐Matrix array substrate, which can simplify the mass‐transf er process to obtain higher yield and higher transfer efficiency. M eanwhile, it solves some problems that existing in Native RGB disp lay such as low efficiency of red light LED, RGB color deviation m ismatch at high temperature, backplane drive current difference a nd so on. Furthermore, we optimized the visual quality and reliabil ity of quantum dot Micro‐LED display in this study.
