Abstract

The fast degradation of blue QLED is the most challenging issue in QLED, and we found out the conduction band minimum offset between blue QDs and ZnO is the primary reason. Instead of optimizing ETL layer, we alternatively tailored QD core‐shell structure and achieved greatly enhanced lifetime of blue QLED.
