AbstractThe spectral sensitization of SnO2 electrodes with some Cu(I) complexes is reported. Excitation into the metal‐to‐ligand charge transfer (MLCT) states gives rise to sensitized anodic photocurrents. The positions of the maxima in the action spectra depend on the ligands.
