
The investigation of the diffraction contrast of large hexagonal dislocation loops in Sb2Te3 suggests that nearly all of them are multiple loops. A model which explains satisfactorily the contrast is described. At elevated temperatures the loops do not shrink but take a circular equilibrium shape. Dislocation loops with basal plane Burgers vectors which are probably due to a pinching-off of gliding dislocations are also observed. Die Untersuchung des Beugungskontrastes von grosen sechseckigen Versetzungsringen in Sb2Te3 zeigt, das es sich nahezu immer um Mehrfachringe handelt. Es wird ein Modell beschrieben, das den experimentell beobachteten Kontrast befriedigend erklart. Bei hoheren Temperaturen verringern die Versetzungsringe nicht ihre Flache, sondern nehmen eine kreisrunde Gleichgewichtsgestalt an. Versetzungsringe mit Burgersvektoren in der Basisebene wurden ebenfalls beobachtet. Sie sind wahrscheinlich auf Abschnurung von gleitenden Versetzungen zuruckzufuhren.
