AbstractWe review recent progress on computing scattering amplitudes of planar đ© = 4 super YangâMills at strong coupling by using the AdS/CFT duality. The problem boils down to the computation of certain minimal areas on AdS. We show how to use the integrability of the classical equations of motion in order to efficiently compute such minimal areas.
AdS/CFT duality, \(2\)-body potential quantum scattering theory, Minimal surfaces and optimization, String and superstring theories; other extended objects (e.g., branes) in quantum field theory, integrability, Strong interaction, including quantum chromodynamics, scattering amplitudes
