A GaAs directional coupler

Abstract

AbstractThe performance of a monolithic microwave integrated circuit directional coupler fabricated on semi‐insulating GaAs substrate has been presented in this paper. The coupler characteristics were measured to investigate the effect of introducing tapered section terminations at all the ports of the coupler.
