AbstractAn integrated bipolar differential amplifier was optimized to have maximum common mode rejection ratio (CMRR).This amplifier was then used as combiner and splitter baluns. A prototype was fabricated using a SiGe bipolar technology. Measurements show high CMRR and good agreement with simulations. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
