Abstract

On January 15, waitress Susan Davis was given permission by a manager to take a 15‐minute break. While on her break, the floor manager Aksentyeva entered the breakroom and chastised Davis for using her phone during the break rather than eating. Davis replied that she could do as she wished during her break.
