Abstract

AbstractToluol‐ und Xylolsulfonate werden neben Tetrapropylenbenzolsulfonat bestimmt, indem man die wäßrige Lösung der alkohollöslichen Anteile des Waschmittels in Gegenwart von Chloroform als zweiter Phase mit einer kationaktiven Substanz gegen Bromthymolblau als Indikator titriert. Tetrapropylenbenzol wird dabei chloroformlöslich; in der wäßrigen Phase können Toluol‐ bzw. Xylolsulfonat UV‐spektrophotometrisch ermittelt werden.
