Abstract

Abstract Compound ephedrine spray N. F. IX shows a slight loss of ephedrme over a one‐year period. The loss is not significant for this type of preparation and N. F. storage conditions may be considered as satisfactory. The quality of the materials used in the preparation of the oily spray must be carefully controlled to prevent an accelerated loss of ephedrine.
