Abstract

AbstractLaboratory and full‐scale trials of zinc anodes have shown that the presence of small amounts of aluminium (0.5–1.0%) gives improved performance and that addition also of 0.25–0.5% of silicon is more effective. The detrimental effect of iron is overcome by these additions.
