AbstractCommercial Banking (MIC: 8.1 SIC: 6021 NAIC: 522110)Suffolk Bancorp is a bank holding company. Through its subsidiary, Suffolk County National Bank (the Bank), Co. provides banking services through 29 full‐service offices to its commercial and retail customers in Suffolk County, on Long Island, NY. The Bank provides a line of domestic, retail, and commercial banking services, and trust services which include making loans that are secured by commercial real estate and float with the prime rate. The Bank also serves as an indirect lender to the customers of several automobile dealers as well as makes loans secured by residential mortgages. As of Dec 31 2007, Co. had total assets of $1.47 billion and total deposits of $1.14 billion.
