AbstractTrusts & Holding Entities (MIC: 8.9 SIC: 6722 NAIC: 525910)Energy Savings is an open‐ended, limited‐purpose trust established to hold securities and to distribute the income of its subsidiaries and affiliates: Ontario Energy Savings L.P., Energy Savings (Manitoba) Corp., Energy Savings (Quebec) L.P., ES (B.C.) Limited Partnership, Alberta Energy Savings L.P., Illinois Energy Savings Corp. and New York Energy Savings Corp. The Group's business involves the sale of long‐term fixed price contracts. The Group markets natural gas to residential customers, small to mid‐size commercial and small industrial businesses in Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, Illinois and New York and solely to commercial customers in Quebec and British Columbia.
