Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Banner Bank (the Bank), Co. provides a variety of commercial banking services and financial products to individuals, businesses and public sector entities in its primary market areas. The Bank's primary business is that of a traditional banking institution, accepting deposits and originating loans in locations surrounding its offices in portions of Washington, Oregon and Idaho. As of Dec 31 2006, The Bank had 62 branch offices and 12 loan production offices located in 27 counties in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. As of Dec 31 2006, Co. had total assets of $3.50 billion, and total deposits of $2.79 billion.
