Abstract

AbstractOil and Gas (MIC: 14.2 SIC: 2911 NAIC: 324110)Holly is an indepedent petroleum refiner. The Refining segment refines crude oil and markets wholesale refined products, such as gasoline, diesel fuel and jet fuel, and includes refineries in New Mexico, Utah, and Montana. Co. also owns and operates or owns interests in thirteen refined products storage terminals in New Mexico, Texas, Utah, Montana, Washington, Idaho and Arizona. Also, Co. owns or leases about 1,000 miles of pipeline located principally in west Texas and New Mexico. The Pipeline Transportation segment uses 780 miles of the pipeline and owns a 70.0% interest in Rio Grande Pipeline Company, which transports liquid petroleum gases to Mexico.
