The Retail Division sells insurance products to commercial, professional and individual clients. The National Programs Division is comprised of two units: Professional Programs, which provides professional liability and related package products; and Special Programs, which markets targeted products and services for specific industries, trade groups and market niches. The Service Division provides third‐party administration for workers' compensation and employee benefit markets. The Brokerage Division sells commercial insurance through independent agents and brokers.
