AbstractMembranverschmutzung ist ein negativer Kontaminationseffekt: Verbindungen in der Feed‐Lösung setzen sich auf der Membranoberfläche oder in den Poren ab und begrenzen somit die Effizienz und Trennleistung der Membranen. Dieser Effekt tritt für verschiedene Membrantypen auf, wie Umkehrosmose, Ultra‐, Nano‐ und Mikrofiltrationsmembran. Eine Methode wird vorgestellt, wie Membran‐Fouling anhand des Zetapotenzials, das aus Strömungsstrommessungen berechnet wird, identifiziert und verfolgt werden kann.
