ABSTRACT This study investigated dry grinding of calcite using novel grinding aid mixtures combining triisopropanolamine (TIPA) with industrial by‐products: olive pomace oil (OPO), olive wastewater (OWW), and molasses (CM). Grinding performance was evaluated by particle size ( d 90 ), powder flowability (ff p ), power consumption, and Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR) analysis. Compared with individual additives, the mixtures showed improved grinding behavior. The 70/30 TIPA–OPO mixture showed better performance in particle size reduction, flowability, and energy consumption based on multi‐criteria evaluation using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Results indicate that industrial by‐products could serve as complementary components in grinding aid systems for calcite. This approach offers efficiency gains while contributing to sustainable mineral processing.
