AbstractSevere semilunar valve insufficiency in single ventricle patients supported with mechanical circulatory support while awaiting transplant remains a complex clinical scenario with few favorable options for management. We present the first case, to our knowledge, of transcatheter closure of the pulmonic valve in a patient palliated with a hybrid stage 1 procedure for hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
