AbstractThe transradial approach to coronary angiography has become a popular technique. Because of potential advantages, the transulnar approach has also recently been described. We report a successful case of transulnar catheterization with documented occlusion of the radial artery and normal inverse Allen test in a patient with limited vascular access.
