Abstract Four cases of abdominoscrotal hydrocele presenting within a short span of 5 months are reported. In one of our patients there was associated an incompletely descended testis and this testis had a seminoma. Such an association has not been reported previously. Abdominoscrotal hydrocele may be more common than is generally believed.
