Abstract A method of pyloroplasty has been described. It makes use of the classic Y-en-V plastic procedures. The technique is safe and simple. It adapts itself beautifully to this well-vascularized area. The number of cases submitted to this trial is small. The time lapse since the trial began is equally short. However, a number of possible advantages have been enumerated. The short-term results are very encouraging.
