AbstractSmall‐scale domestic design has largely escaped the attention of the proponents of parametric design. Bruce Bell of Facit Homes and writer Sarah Simpkin describe how, with the aid of digital production methods, Facit is rethinking the sustainable house as a bespoke product produced by a single design‐manufacturing team.
