AbstractIn this paper, robust control of Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with time delays is considered based on Lyapunov functional method and matrix inequality technique. Several new controllers with time delays and without time delays are designed to ensure the global asymptotic stability of equilibrium point, respectively. Finally, simulation examples are constructed to justify the proposed theoretical analysis. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
