Sir .—Natowicz and Kelley 1 called attention to the hypoplastic left-heart syndrome as the most severe manifestation of obstruction of the left side of the heart in Turner syndrome. They reported three new cases and cited three previous reports, to which I would like to add four additional cases from the literature. 2-5 Interestingly, three of these ten patients were fetuses with cystic hygroma and edema. Continued awareness of this association will likely detect additional cases.
