Recently Luongo 1 reported a case of dermoid cyst of the nasal dorsum in a woman, aged 30. His statement that there are only a few cases reported in the foreign literature and only one in the American literature prompts me to add the case of a child 15 months of age. REPORT OF A CASE History .—Patsy A., a full term child, weighed 7½ pounds (3.4 Kg.) at birth. At the time of examination the weight was 22 pounds (10 Kg.). She had not had any illnesses or irregularities. At about 3 months of age, the father, a physician, noted a swelling in the skin exactly in the midline over the nasion. This had gradually enlarged from the size of a small pea to that of a small marble.
