The topical use of sodium sulfacetamide for seborrheic dermatitis has been favorably reported on by Duemling, 1 who employed sodium sulfacetamide 2 both in an ointment base and as a soap. This study reports on the use of a cream type, greaseless lotion of 10% sodium sulfacetamide. * METHOD Conditions included in this study were seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp and of the glabrous skin, seborrheic overactivity, acne vulgaris, rosacea, and various pyodermas.
