The subject of the thesis is persons entitled to limit liability and claims subject to limitation in respect of 1976 LLMC, Turkish Commercial Code and Draft Turkish Commercial Code.

1976 LLMC kapsamında sınırlı sorumluluğa tabi borçlular ve alacaklar Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Türk Ticaret Kanunu Tasarı çerçevesinde inceleme konusu yapılmıştır.
