The author analyses the genesis and the content of the concept ‘legal culture’ in its relation to the concepts of ‘legality’, ‘cultures of legality’, ‘legal consciousness’, ‘legal ideology’ and others. The prospects for further research on legal culture in the integral interdisciplinary field are outlined.Key words: law, legality, legal culture, culture, cultures of legality, legal consciousness, legal ideology.
В статье анализируется генезис и содержание понятия «правовая культура» в его взаимосвязи с такими смежными понятиями, как «легальность», «культуры легальности», «правовое сознание», «правовая идеология» и др. Делаются выводы о перспективности исследования феномена правовой культуры в интегральном междисциплинарном поле.
