RESUMOEste artigo desenvolve uma análise sobre a história do Capitalismo, a partir de sua concepção, assim como sobre o Estado Liberal e o Estado Social, por meio de uma revisão de literatura sobre os temas e um confronto teórico entre as possibilidades compreensivas dos processos históricos. Constatou-se que o Estado Liberal e o Estado Social são ações e reações da tensão histórica e permanente do modo de interação entre os sistemas econômicos privados e a gestão de recurso pelo Estado.PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Capitalismo; Estado Liberal; Estado Social; Economia; Direito. ABSTRACTThis article develops an analysis of the history of Capitalism, from its conception, as well as on the Liberal State and the Social State, through a literature review on the themes and a theoretical confrontation between the comprehensive possibilities of historical processes.
