Abbâsîler Döneminde Vezirlik

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel noktasını, Abbasiler Döneminde, ikiasırdan fazla bir zaman diliminde (295-530 / 908-1136) görev yapan vezirlerinsiyasi ve idari faaliyetlerinin yanı sıra Halife, Emirü’l-Ümerâ ve Sultanlailişkileri oluşturmaktadır. Halifenin ve onun vekili olarak vezirin siyasi veidari açıdan otoritesindeki değişim dikkate alınarak, bu süre zarfında görevyapan vezirler dört bölüm halinde incelenmiş, beşinci ve son bölümde isevezirlik kurumunun işleyişi üzerinde durulmuştur. Abbasi Tarihi –özellikle geçdönemleri, kurumların tarihi gelişimi ve işleyişi - ile ilgili çalışmalarınoldukça az olduğu ülkemizde vezirlik müessesesini merkeze alarak yapılan buçalışmanın bu alandaki boşluğu doldurmada önemli bir katkı sağlayacağıkanaatindeyiz.
