Abstract

Bu makaledeNizamiye medreseleri arasındaki iletişim ağını,birbirleriyle münasebetleri ve arasındakiilişkilerin boyutunu incelenmektedir. Selçuklu veziri Nizamülmülktarafından kurulan bu eğitim müesseseleri ortaçağda yükseköğretim düzeyindedini ilimler tahsil edilmekteydi. Daha sonraki devirlerde kurulan medreselerineğitim ve yönetim sistemlerinin gelişmesinde de örnek olmuştur. Nizamiyemedreselerinin arasında gerek bireysel gerek kurumsal olarak güçlü bir sosyalilişki gerçekleştirilmişti. İdari sistem başarılı bir şekilde hoca-talebearasında sağlam bir bağ kurmuştu. Hocalar arasındaki münazaralar, misafirmüderris uygulaması, araştırma faaliyetleri ve medrese talebelerinin bazı yerlerdegörevlendirilmesi akademik tarzdaki etkinliklerden bazılarıydı.

This study examines the social networksamong Niẓāmiyyah Schools built by the great vizier Niẓām al-Mulk in the earlyperiod of the Seljuk dynasty. Niẓāmiyyah institutions served as highereducational centres for religious studies in the middle ages and contributedsignificantly to the development of the madrasah administration system.There were strong social networks among individuals and organisations associatedwith the Madrasah Niẓāmiyyah. The administrative system succeeded in creating astrong relationship between professors and students of one madrasah to another.Academic activities included debating among professors, visiting-professors, researchactivities and employment of graduate students in its administration system.
