Türkiye'de Yayımlanan Lisansüstü Tezler Üzerinden İç Girişimcilik Konusunun Analizi

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze graduate theses on intrapreneurship published in Turkey between 2000 and 2024. Content analysis and bibliometric techniques were used to examine the institutes, academic departments, thesis types, and keyword relationships. The findings indicate that the vast majority of the theses were completed within Institutes of Social Sciences and under Departments of Business Administration. However, it was also observed that intrapreneurship-related studies have been conducted in other disciplines such as health management and industrial engineering. Keyword analysis revealed that the most frequently emphasized themes were entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership. Additionally, 2019 was identified as the peak year in terms of the number of intrapreneurship theses. The study highlights the need for conceptual clarity in the field and calls for further research across diverse academic disciplines. The findings are highly consistent with the existing literature and offer valuable insights for future studies.
