The state of microcirculation in patients with obliterans diseases of the vessels of the lower extremities while transplantating multipotential stromal cells of the fatty tissue

Abstract

An estimation of the microcirculation parameters in patients with obliterating diseases of the arteries of the lower extremities during the pre- and postoperative period is a very important factor of evaluating the state of the blood circulation of the affected extremity in the process of treatment. The most informative and exact method of determining the state of the microcirculation is laser Doppler fluometry. The paper deals with an evaluation of the blood circulation condition at the level of the microcirculatory blood stream in patients with chronic ischemia of the lower extremities of diverse genesis who underwent, as a method of indirect revascularization, a transplantation of multipotential stromal cells of the autologous fatty tissue into an ischemized extremity.
