Abstract

Рассмотрены перспективы использования совместно с низкосортным суглинистым сырьем техногенных отходов промышленности в производстве керамического кирпича.Управление физико-химическими свойствами керамического кирпича за счет использования шлама и ила в составе сырьевой смеси позволит снизить температуру обжига и соответственно энергетические затраты на обжиг.

Розглянуто перспективи використання спільно з низькосортною суглинистою сировиною техногенних відходів промисловості у виробництві керамічної цегли.Управління фізико-хімічними властивостями керамічної цегли за рахунок використання шламу та мулу в складі сировинної суміші дозволить знизити температуру випалу та відповідно енергетичні витрати на випал.

The prospects for the use with low-grade raw materials loam industrial waste industry in the production of ceramic bricks.Management of physical and chemical properties of ceramic bricks through the use of sludge and sludge in the feed mixture will reduce the firing temperature and therefore energy costs for firing.
