Hemodynamic Abnormalities in Multiple High-Energy Trauma of the Lower Extremities and Their Pharmacological Correction

Abstract

In this paper on the basis of data of rheovasography and laser Doppler flowmetry the authors showed the effect of the adrenergic nervous system on the pathogenesis of vascular disorders in a high-energy injury. Expediency of inclusion of alpha-blockers — urapidil (ebrantil) in the comprehensive treatment of patients with high-energy injuries of the lower extremities was proved.
